2. Orders & contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. All prices are in EUR and include VAT. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of obvious pricing errors.
3. Personalized products
Personalized items (engraved names, words or icons) are made to order according to your specification. Please double-check spelling before ordering — we engrave exactly what you enter, including capitalization. We may contact you before production if a personalization needs adjusting for a great result.
4. Prices & payment
Payment is processed at checkout via the payment methods displayed (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others). Your order is produced and shipped after successful payment. Bundle discounts apply to the price of cases only; personalization is always charged at full price.
5. Delivery
Standard (non-personalized) orders ship within 1–2 business days; personalized orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase of non-personalized products within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, e-mail us at [email protected]. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exception: in accordance with Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. engraved cases) — unless the item is defective.
7. Returns & complaints
Non-personalized products: 30-day return policy, no questions asked (our voluntary extension beyond the statutory 14 days). Defective products — personalized or not — are covered by the statutory warranty for lack of conformity (2 years in the EU). Write to us and we will repair, replace or refund.
8. Product use
Pillac organizers are storage accessories for tablets and capsules. They are not child-resistant containers and are not a substitute for original medicine packaging or medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions.
9. Intellectual property
All content on pillac.com (designs, photos, texts, logotypes) is our property or used under license. Personalizations you order must not infringe third-party rights; you confirm you are entitled to use the requested text or symbols.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for intentional misconduct or personal injury. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
