It started with one box. For Mom.

Every morning, our founder watched his mom line up her pills on the kitchen table — from a scratched, rattling plastic box that looked like it belonged in a hospital drawer, not in her home. She hid it when guests came. She forgot doses because she didn’t want to look at it.

That felt wrong. She spent her whole life telling us to take care of ourselves. “Mom always told you to take care.” So we built her a box she’d actually want on her nightstand: soft pastel color, a satisfying click, her name engraved on the lid. Small thing. Big change — she stopped hiding it. She started showing it to her friends.

That one box became Pillac.

Making the unpleasant better

Nobody loves taking pills. It reminds you of being ill, of getting older, of things you’d rather forget. We can’t change that — but we can change how it feels. A beautiful case turns a chore into a small daily ritual of self-care. Because case = care.
