Ordering & personalization

How long does personalization take?
Personalized orders are produced within 3–5 business days before shipping. Standard (blank) orders ship within 1–2 business days.

What can I engrave?
A name or word (up to 8 characters per line, one or two lines) or one of our icons. Uppercase letters — laser-engraved, permanent.

Can I see my personalization before it’s made?
Yes — the live preview on the product page shows your text on the case. The preview is illustrative; if anything needs adjusting for a great result, we’ll contact you before production.

Is the bundle discount applied automatically?
Yes. Pick 2 cases (−15%) or 3 cases (−20%) and the discount is applied instantly. Personalization is always full price.

Product

What materials are the cases made from?
The shell is matte PLA polymer with a soft-touch finish (Polymaker Panchroma / Polyterra and eSun filaments); compartment surfaces are food-safe. Durable, light and easy to clean with a damp cloth.

Is it safe for medication?
Yes for tablets and capsules. Note: it’s a storage accessory, not child-resistant packaging — keep out of reach of children and keep medicines in original packaging where required.

How many compartments does the Weekly Organizer have?
Seven — one for each day of the week, clearly labeled.

What colors are available?
Nine pastel colors: Black Silence, Cotton White, Navy Rich, Porcelain Sand, Mint Breeze, Sky Kiss, Lavender Field, Sunny Drop and Pink Hanami — plus limited editions (Army Khaki, Baby Peach) when available.

Shipping & returns

Where do you ship from?
Warsaw, Poland. EU deliveries have no customs charges. Free shipping over €99.

Can I return a personalized case?
Personalized cases are made to order and can’t be returned for a change of mind — but any defect is always on us: repair, remake or refund. Non-personalized products have a 30-day return window.

Do you ship outside the EU?
Currently we focus on EU delivery. Write to us for other destinations — we often can arrange it.

Care & travel

Can I take my pill organizer on a plane?
Yes — pills in hand luggage are fine in the EU and most countries. Read our guide on flying with medication for prescription-drug tips.

How do I clean my Pillac?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Don’t use a dishwasher or hot water (PLA doesn’t like heat above ~50°C) and don’t leave it on a sunny car dashboard.
